My responsible for projects management in the installing Microwave network & Tetra system, and Work closely with the customer to discuss the requirement, the application and the specifications to find and propose the proper solution for the RFP. And I am helping the Post-Sales and participate with Pre-Sales activities. The Saudi Arabian National Guard (SANG) (DMRS) that currently consists of sixty-four (64) (PDH) and (SDH) links, The DMRS is split into three distinct networks; the Central Region (CR), Western Sector (WS) and Eastern Sector (ES). The project will replace all DMRS existing equipment with Aviat equipment, CISCO Switches and router, Fiber Optic Network. And install new power system such as UPSs and battery backup system with rectifier for all SANG sites.•Project Manager _AIRBUSS DEFENCE & SPACE _ MOI Project .2014-till December 2015 Airbus Tetra and MW project (550 sites). replaced all Motorola Tetra system with Airbus and upgrade Aviat Network.•Project Manager _Ministry of Intoner (MOI-KSA) Motorola Tetra and MW Project for Central Region and help and control other project managers for East, West and Southern regions.2007-2014. Special Communications Commission (SCC ) is considering buying a 24/7 real-time TETRA service monitoring & optimization •Manage all teams (Maintenance teams and project teams) to maintain the SCC system in terms of faults and to keep system running by sharing and working with more than 40 engineers together to do a maintenance of sites equipment (M/W, VHF, UHF, Multiplexing system, video conference Satellites’, CCTV and to deploy the new projects in the SCC and in participate with Preparing tenders document for various projects such as (M/W, VHF, UHF, Multiplexing system, video conference Satellites', CCTV, LAN, WAN and PABX.) at SCC
