Contribute to the implementation of the strategy of the PS / Plant in close collaboration with other servicesAttend BMRT PS / Plant / OAT / BU meetings - Ensures support in:The development and improvement of industrial engineering related proceduresThe creation of WSD standard timesThe evaluation of equipment and production processes standardsThe implementation of WSD production process standardsThe strategic planning for Industrial Engineering (IE) o The development and optimization of IE methodsThe elaboration and definition of best IE practicesThe IE knowledge exchange between IE Central Function and IE plantsThe elaboration, optimization and implementation of production process standardsConducts the identification and performance of specific efficiency improvement activities by applying IE methodsManages and performs time studies and analysisManages line balancing analysisCoordinates and supports IE activities within customer launch projectsManages and coordinates time analysis of production processes based on REFA or MTM methodsInitiates, coordinates and evaluates time analysis in order to detect time bottlenecks, MUDA, etc.Compares real times with the planned times in order to define measures for time optimizationEnsures definition of measures and identification of solutions for Product Section for reducing production timeEnsures performance of assembly line balancing analysisInitiates and coordinates optimization of production processes within Product SectionsEnsures identification of solutions for optimization of workplaces, production equipment and material flow within/between Product Sections

- Transform Project requirements into technical specifications- Purchasing contract’s negociation with the exrernal suppliers- Select technical Subcontractors, componant suspliers and others and distribute the responsabilities- Implement a project road map and Manage the Project milestones and its budget - Monitor the quality & the productivity / Efficiency indicators- Acquire necessary equipment and monitor inventory to manage deficiencies in a timely manner- Prepare & manage the visits / audits to the subcontractor- Draw up necessary flow to facilitate project integration- Evaluate and prepare regular progress reports for project sponsor- Keep the project up to date with any changes- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and report potential problems- Manage team and resources- Collaborate with project contributors to determine project specifications- Define the necessary resources (Operators, equipment and materials) from the beginning to the end of the project without exceeding the budget- Establish daily task lists and delegate responsibility to team members- Organize and drive regular team meetings

Sousse

- Managing an IE team: 4 technicians and 2 IE engineers- Tracking the industrialization of the new assembly lines/new processes- Capacity study (Equipements and Operators) according to project data- Choice of manufacturing process- Manage the workflow of JIT and N-JIT products and define the optimized production layout,- Ensure the ramp up of the production folowing the customer demands and the training plan- Realization of the work instructions- Ensure the ergonomic of the Workstations- Lead the balancing activities and ensure the one piece Flow- Organize LEAN workshops: HOSHIN, VSM,- Implementation of Kosu in production lines- Lead the packaging process benchmarking for all INR harnesses between Tunisian and Romanian plant

- Study the Feasibility of orders received from our customers- Ensure feasibility in relation to our Production master plan.- Schedule Component Commands.- Manage imports- Manage export- Conducting consultations with subcontractors, Finalize the terms of the contract of purchase: Price, Quantity and delivery time
