- Transform Project requirements into technical specifications- Purchasing contract’s negociation with the exrernal suppliers- Select technical Subcontractors, componant suspliers and others and distribute the responsabilities- Implement a project road map and Manage the Project milestones and its budget - Monitor the quality & the productivity / Efficiency indicators- Acquire necessary equipment and monitor inventory to manage deficiencies in a timely manner- Prepare & manage the visits / audits to the subcontractor- Draw up necessary flow to facilitate project integration- Evaluate and prepare regular progress reports for project sponsor- Keep the project up to date with any changes- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and report potential problems- Manage team and resources- Collaborate with project contributors to determine project specifications- Define the necessary resources (Operators, equipment and materials) from the beginning to the end of the project without exceeding the budget- Establish daily task lists and delegate responsibility to team members- Organize and drive regular team meetings

- Managing an IE team: 4 technicians and 2 IE engineers- Tracking the industrialization of the new assembly lines/new processes- Capacity study (Equipements and Operators) according to project data- Choice of manufacturing process- Manage the workflow of JIT and N-JIT products and define the optimized production layout,- Ensure the ramp up of the production folowing the customer demands and the training plan- Realization of the work instructions- Ensure the ergonomic of the Workstations- Lead the balancing activities and ensure the one piece Flow- Organize LEAN workshops: HOSHIN, VSM,- Implementation of Kosu in production lines- Lead the packaging process benchmarking for all INR harnesses between Tunisian and Romanian plant

- Study the Feasibility of orders received from our customers- Ensure feasibility in relation to our Production master plan.- Schedule Component Commands.- Manage imports- Manage export- Conducting consultations with subcontractors, Finalize the terms of the contract of purchase: Price, Quantity and delivery time
