Current• Leading the recruitment operation in the company, including managing a unit of 18 HR professionals responsible for a recruitment cycle of ~700 vacancies yearly.• Overseeing the development, delivery and optimization of the recruitment strategy, ensuring the group recruit the best people, at the right time and at the most efficient cost.• Ensuring the recruitment team personal career growth, training and skills development.• Supporting managers and executives on various issues: interviewing, making recruitment decisions, labor law etc.• Initiating and executing large scale, cross company projects: o Employee Branding strategy: working on employee value proposition, managing focus groups, ensuring online presence, making external and internal marketing efforts. o Internal Recruitment program: dealing with internal and external politics and challenges, writing process policy, increasing employee engagement, ensuring fairness and transparency. o Diversity and Inclusion: assimilating it as a natural part of the company recruitment process and turning the Israel Railways into a leading organization in the field.• Managing and overseeing the unit yearly budget.• Responsible for implementing and characterizing a recruitment system.
