Current- Leading the recruitment operation in the company, including managing a unit of 18 HR professionals responsible for a recruitment cycle of ~700 vacancies yearly.
- Overseeing the development, delivery and optimization of the recruitment strategy, ensuring the group recruit the best people, at the right time and at the most efficient cost.
- Ensuring the recruitment team personal career growth, training and skills development.
- Supporting managers and executives on various issues: interviewing, making recruitment decisions, labor law etc.
- Initiating and executing large scale, cross company projects: o Employee Branding strategy: working on employee value proposition, managing focus groups, ensuring online presence, making external and internal marketing.
- Managing and overseeing the unit yearly budget.
