As the Vice President Legal of Elul Technologies Ltd, an Israeli company in the Defense & Aerospace industry, and its affiliates (providing marketing, sales and engineering services in civil industry), I'm a senior management member, guiding and advising group management in all legal issues with strong business approach. Having extensive experience in commercial and corporate law from both my current role as In House General Counsel and previous 20 years of practice in a big law firm. Representing the group in different commercial transactions, both international and domestics, negotiating and drafting various agreements, including representation, distribution, joint ventures, cooperation, M& A's, labor, lease, finders etc. As the Chief Anti Bribery and Corruption Officer of the group, I'm responsible and dealing with all compliance aspects, including development and implementation of Anti Corruption and Export Control policies. Acting as Group Secretary and handling all corporate issues.
