Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to recruit and engage Birthright Israel participants. Plan and implement logistical components, educational content and social activities for trip itself, and develop strategic and innovative programming to connect participants to one another, and the Jewish community at large once they return.Cultivate and maintain ongoing personal relationships with Birthright alumni; Mentor them and engage their interests and participation in local, national and international Jewish life; assist them in finding and developing their philanthropic, volunteer, social and/or professional niche; connecting participants to leadership development and fundraising opportunities.Organize and execute the highly anticipated Mifgash program (“Reverse Birthright”), in which the Israeli trip participants spend 5 days in Detroit with their American counterparts.Successfully, supervised and operated 8 Birthright trips consisting of over 350 participants and 3 notable Mifgash experiences, increased demand and registration considerably for Community Birthright experiences, significantly grew the number of Birthright alumni who choose to actively engage in community life post-trip.
