My name is Ayelet Ben David, I have been the founder and owner of the company for over two decades. I lecture, conduct workshops and accompany personal processes for companies, organizations and managers, on four topics that entails the success of any organization: business – sales and service – lifestyle – and empowerment and motivation. In my lectures, among other things, I talk about the close connection between excellence in sports and excellence in the business world, by presenting my personal story as an athlete, and how in less than a year I win the title of Israeli champion in duathlon and the Iron Woman. I win the title even though I had no previous experience in the field, I was also my own trainer and nutritionist from beginning to end, and some of my competitors are less than half my age. Through the hard training that required my physical and mental abilities to cope with the difficulties along the way, to my victories in competitions, I also achieved success in the business world, alongside the experience and seniority I have accumulated over 16 years in the field. While managing sales and service centers, I served as an organizational consultant, I was a partner in the establishment of large projects in Israel, and until my last position as VP Sales and Service at a finance company. As part of the lecture, I share with the participants the insights I have developed in my coping, from the hard training to winning competitions. Alongside my successes, I share my path and process with coping with pressures and failures. I explain how to detect weaknesses of any kind, and how to turn them into strengths and strengths. Our activity in the company helps organizations develop and strengthen the organization's human and managerial resources, while providing tools to improve competitiveness in the organization and guidance for excellence

* introducing and building a process of working according to the “delta”, building a delta module on a * monthly basis( in general and personal) and constant control till achieving success( more than 2M NIS increase in income)* Instructing in sales and customer support workshops for the club’s management team, the sales team and the customer support team (20 people)* Writing scripts for phone and frontal sales for both renewers and new customers, conducting sale simulations and managing the sales team according to company goals* Managing the sales and support teams and constantly making sure company goals are metleads management on all aspects: phone, physical visitors, bring a friend program, whastapp, social networks and landing pages. distributing the leads between the the sales team members, making sure each lead is responded as fast as possible and handling challenging potential customers* Building a bonus plan in correlation with the total delta goal of the club and dispersing the personal delta goals among the team members according to the members capacity* Campaign data analysis - total leads VS sale conversion from each campaign and comparison between income from each campaign against the campaign cost and managing a continues retrospective process

During construction:* Managing the budget - building the budget, building the execution plan, setting measurable goals with a time frame, budget review and risk management * Building a marketing plan for the center with Adler&Homski - branding, campaigns and social median on the BTL and ATL* Building the landing pages and lead generation plan into the CRM* Building the tour layout for potential customers* recruitment of a 30 members of the sales and support team After opening:* Training the sales team: tour layout, “physica” software training, charging payments and creating scripts for phone and frontal sales scenarios* Managing a sales and support team and being responsible for lead management from all sources and distributing the leads among team members
