As the Intranet Manager, I was responsible for supporting the flow of our internal communications, engaging a diverse user audience, co-ordinating the production and authoring of content and ensuring that our intranet becomes and essential, productive and liked business tool. To date, this has involved managing the design, launch and engagement of a new intranet product to the organisation (late 2013), training the user groups, and running focus groups and feedback questionnaires in order to ensure that the intranet remains relevant and vital to its users.
