Responsibilities:• Creating 3D models and 4D simulation of the workflow • Help create and maintain company BIM standards and processes• Establish Company Drawing Standard• Work with teams on developing and coordinating BIMs for preconstruction and construction• Participating in meetings with consultants, clients, and others as a “BIM expert” in the organization.• Supporting the project team with Shop Drawing Submissions, Model Coordination, and highlighting the clashes for RFI

• Performs Architectural, Structural and CSD Drawings• Prepares planning and design• Raising RFI & coordinating with the project team• Prepares shop drawing for construction• Prepare technical submission and shop drawings• Prepare design and development construction drawings, as-built drawings
