Management Strategies is a consulting and organizational development firm based in the Philippines and Malaysia. I design and facilitate workshops on storytelling, leadership branding, psychological safety, and personal purpose. I served as the lead writer for our culture book which documents the past 30 years of our organization and provides testimonies of our org culture in practice. Past clients include Citi Asia, Doctors without Borders SEEAP, Shell India, Jollibee Foods Corporation, Willis Towers Watson, Carelon Global Solutions, and Globe Telecom.

As one of the founders, I take on various roles such as project manager, writer, speaker, community engager, and module designer. Since 2014, we have self-published and sold over 20,000 journals and conversation cards which serve as tools for self-reflection and purposeful social interactions. Apart from retail, we conceptualized and organized workshops that tackled various topics such as creative journaling, social entrepreneurship, sustainable living, and more.

Break Your Stigma is a platform dedicated to helping Filipinos gain access to a directory of mental health professionals and other resources that empower them to take control of their own healing. As lead writer, I conceptualized our verbal brand identity for the online directory and social media posts. In addition, I worked closely with visual artists, mental health experts, and PR practitioners to ensure that our campaign was inclusive, empowering, and backed by scientific research.

Conceptualize and produce the Transformative Innovation Podcast, where we discuss ways of developing and enacting sustainable transitions. This project was part of my student placement for my graduate degree.The Transformative Innovation Policy Consortium (TIPC) is a multi-country initiative dedicated to unlocking the power of science, technology, and innovation to achieve socio-technical system change and a sustainable future.

Caring Cup Conversations is part of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf's commitment to creating a more significant impact through empowerment, volunteerism, and caring for the environment. In the past episodes, we've talked about mental health, journaling, living sustainably, and voting rights. As host, I worked with our producers and guests to ensure that each episode ran smoothly. As a consultant, I proposed topics and innovative ways to engage our audience.

MUNI on This is a show produced by MUNI, where we discuss the challenges and possibilities of creating a more mindful and livable world. My tasks included scriptwriting, coordinating with guests, working with my co-host and sound engineer for editing, and promoting the podcast on social media platforms. From 2020-2021, our team produced 18 episodes featuring the voices of climate and human rights advocates. We collaborated with Forest Foundation Philippines to fund the production and partnered with Areté Ateneo for an episode on Modern Activism.

In 2020, I proposed a campaign worth P667,000 under FFP's Focused Grants program with USAID. The main output was an advocacy tool kit and a training program to encourage citizen participation in climate action. I managed a four-person team to fulfill the objectives and engaged seven consultants.Apart from successfully closing the grants, we donated a portion of the proceeds to the nonprofit NTFP-EP Philippines to co-fund Sitio Impahanong Rainforestation Plan.

The Raya School is a progressive school dedicated to helping children discover themselves, their roots, and the world around them. As a mentor, I guided a Grade 12 student to explore her interest in storytelling and community building through 1-hour sessions once a week. In addition, we worked on creating a digital platform where she could showcase her art and feature other local young artists from Raya.

TULA is a tutorial program that provides high-quality and affordable after-school learning with operations in the Philippines and Pakistan. As one of the founders, I worked with the Central Team in the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of the company's key strategies.From 2015 to 2019, I recruited over 20 educators, reached 500 students through learning events in our partner schools, and helped set up four centers in major cities across Metro Manila.

As a corporate management trainee (or CMT), I had the unique opportunity to build strong foundations in human resources and across the value chain with exposure in sales and marketing, finance, and legal affairs. In 2012, I handled recruitment, program logistics, and post-evaluation of Nestle Management Immersion for Leadership Excellence 2012, aimed at gathering the country's top students and giving them hands-on business experience. In 2013, I was in charge of relationship management at Nestlé Pulilan Factory. While roaming the production floor, I initiated town hall sessions where union members could voice their concerns and potential solutions. At the end of my stint, I ensured 100% closure of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, with the record of the shortest negotiation among its five factories.
