AMMA Development Group was founded to operate disruptive brands in the health, wellness, & beauty industry. As a growth company, we started our journey in 2017 as the 2nd franchisee in the Restore Hyper Wellness system. In 2020 we secured a multi-unit development agreement and have scaled to 9 studios in 2 states with plans for additional locations in Pennsylvania and Delaware. In 2024, we took our next leap forward signing a mult-unit development agreement with goGLOW spanning Pennsylvania, Delaware, and NJ. goGLOW is disruptive the custom spray tanning industry, eliminating harsh chemicals, merging skin care with sunless tanning, and creating an elevated experience.Early in both brands, we have found we like to be pioneers developing systems and success along side the franchisor. Prior to my involvement with Restore, I led a successful career working for both Fortune 500 and start-up companies in the medical device space. With a passion for leading and building high performance teams, I am known for developing people, helping companies grow, and creating amazing customer experiences. Our leadership team has a strong background in outsourced public accounting, retail operations and management, and leadership roles in multiple industries. We bring together all that we have learned that was good, and left the rest behind with the aim of creating the best place to build a career in the industry!Going forward, I hope to use LinkedIn to connect with other entrepreneurs, executives, and leaders in the health, wellness and franchise industries in order to identify collaborative opportunities.
