Key Responsibilities:• Preparing BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, and evaluating tenders and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers• Analyzing contract terms to identify areas of risk and opportunity, such as scope changes, variations, and delays, and providing recommendations to project teams on how to manage contractual risks and optimize opportunities• Liaising with project teams, participating in meetings, and drafting correspondence related to contracts while ensuring that all correspondence is compliant with contract terms and conditions• Managing the change order process, including identifying changes, preparing variation orders, and negotiating claims, and interfacing with involved functions to ensure timely and accurate management of the change order process• Preparing payment applications and final account valuations• Reviewing subcontractor payment applications and preparing payment certificates• Drafting and reviewing sub-contract agreements, including the review of warranties, insurance, and bonds• Assisting the procurement department and project managers in contractual matters related to procurement and supply agreements• Managing a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Junior Quantity Surveyors, and providing guidance on technical and contractual matters, review team members' work, and ensuring compliance with project specifications

Key Responsibilities:• Reviewing Tender documents, attending Site Visits, raising RFI and issuing Tender documents for Subcontract work packages• Taking-off Quantities for Architectural works, Joinery works, ID Finishes and MEP works as per the Standard Method of Measurement• Taking quotations from Suppliers, Negotiating and Developing new rates according to First Principles• Evaluating Subcontractor’s quotations, preparation of Bid summaries and Negotiating• Preparing detailed BOQs and pricing them• Attending Commercial meetings and Negotiations with Clients• Identifying variations, issuing notices to the engineer, valuing them and preparing variation orders• Preparing Contractor’s Interim Payment Application
