 Developed proposals and budget models for growth projects and secured a funding of $270,000 from NORAD for developing financial health ecosystem for low-skilled workers migrating to gulf countries. The program won a “Fnnoviti Innivation Award” in 2022. Worked directly with the CEO and COO to institutionalizing 4 distinct business verticals within Mitrata. Developed financial inclusion verticals on livelihood, sanitation, blue-collar migrants and micro-insurance; Led research to assess needs and challenges of target segments; analyzed the competition and their offerings, designed appropriate products, developed credit products and policies; developed the credit policy and underwriting tools /expert scorecards to evaluate client’s creditworthiness; drafted 40+ page operational handbooks; managed internal & external stakeholders. Created a cumulative portfolio of $32.4 million with over 100,000 active beneficiaries (as on 31st Mar 2023). Part of 4 member team that was selected and underwent an investment readiness program conducted by Village Capital- a US based accelerator fund. Mitrata was part of the South-Asian cohort, the program facilitated business growth opportunity for Mitrata.  Identified the opportunity of establishing Mitrata’s Social Performance Monitoring department and the larger vision it could contribute towards. Led the set-up and execution of organization’s longitudinal Impact-assessment study in partnership with OikoCredit.  End-to-end managed and launched of 4 cross-sell revenue generation projects associated with Insurance, Health-tech and Consumer durables. Evaluated over 15 service partners techno-commercially. Managed relationships with service providers and served as point-of-contact. The initiatives garnered an additional annual revenue of $170,000 for the organization (as on 31st March 2022) Analyzed company-wide portfolio data and generated insights to aid senior management in policy and decision-making

 Assisted a multinational sanitary hardware and bathroom fitting conglomerate with a go-to-market entry strategy for entering into Kitchen & Furniture Fittings segment. Supported lead consultant in competition benchmarking; Assessed the financials, products and distribution network of 3 market leaders. Analyzed their trade data to assess product-wise import values to understand product popularity. Conducted primary interviews with market vendors and competitors’ team personnel to understand product categorization, sales structure and distribution channel.  Supported the core team in developing the final project deliverables. The client successfully institutionalized a new service arm to launch the new line of business and started operations in 2019 in north India and spread operations PAN India by 2021.
