Having lived in India and China for 7 and 8 years respectively, I have experienced cultural and behavioural diversity in many forms and have seen first-hand the great benefits of cross-cultural understanding and diversity of thought in society and the workplace. Over the course of my career, I have developed a passion for enabling those around me, including individuals, teams and organisations, to navigate complex challenges, develop and reach their full potential. I have gained extensive experience in the human capital space through my role at Heidrick & Struggles (H&S), delivering leadership and talent development and assessment programmes as well as culture change and team effectiveness. My role focuses on programme design and delivery, project management and stakeholder engagement both internally and externally. Outside the formal scope of my role, I have founded institution-wide initiatives, such as the H&S EMEA Mentorship Scheme, and the Culture & Wellness Committee at InvestIn Education.
