Today, our clothes are disposable and cheap, while the human and environmental costs required to make them are tremendous. For the millions of mostly 18 to 24-year-old women (who represent 80% of the fashion supply chain), these jobs can be the best first step out of poverty. Yet the industry is rife with low wages, inadequate worker protections, unsafe conditions, and unrest. The current system needs a remake, and we are here to do just that. Our mission is to build a conscious consumer movement. Remake is the world’s first platform that leverages technology, films and stories to build human connections between fashion designers, consumers and the women who make our clothes around the world. Remake unlocks the hearts and minds of millennial consumers to be curious and buy better as a way to lift millions of women out of poverty.

Created partnerships across American and European fashion brands and Better Work, a World Bank and UN partnership, to improving working conditions within the fashion industry.Facilitated complex stakeholder dialogue between brands, unions, government and suppliers from Jordan, Cambodia, Haiti to United States to improve the wellbeing of the people who make our clothes.

Oversaw BSR’s approach to collaboration with a diverse range of public, private and NGO organizations to meet BSR's mission of creating a just and sustainable world. Designed multi-stakeholder partnerships that promoted responsible labor practices and the empowerment of women within the fashion industry. As BSR's Consumer Product's Director, ran a portfolio of sixty plus fashion brands and retailers, handled a $3MM budget and provided strategic advice on the design and implementation of business aligned sustainability strategies. Clients included Gap Inc, H&M, Levi Strauss and Company, Marks and Spencer and NIKE.Areas of expertise include integration of CSR into core business processes, sustainable supply chain management and stakeholder engagement.
