In 2017, Addo was featured in Forbes magazine as one of four leading artificial intelligence companies in Asia and Ayesha was named one of South East Asia's groundbreaking female entrepreneurs by Forbes magazine in 2018. She has been a strategic advisor on artificial intelligence, smart cities and fintech to clients such as Pfizer, one of the world's largest life sciences companies; SMRT, Singapore's largest public transport company; Mercy, one of the largest hospital networks in the United States; Singtel, Singapore's largest telco; SOMPO, Japan's largest insurance firm; Habib Bank, Pakistan's largest bank; and Smart Dubai, the government agency tasked to transform Dubai into a leading smart city. Ayesha serves on the Scientific Advisory Board of L’Oreal, the world's largest beauty company where she advises on the future of new technologies, disruptive innovations and changing consumer preferences.

Ayesha serves on the board of NEOM Tonomous, which is responsible for formulating the vision and delivery of the technology infrastructure (which includes AI, robotics, blockchain, and metaverse) for NEOM, the $500billion smart city under development in Saudi Arabia. Ayesha is the Chair of the Investments Committee.

Ayesha is an AI and Generative AI advisor at EQT Partners. EQT is ranked the third largest private equity firm worldwide based on funds raised, with EUR 232​‌ billion in assets under management. EQT private equity invests in healthcare, technology, tech-enabled services and industrial technology sectors in Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific.

Ayesha serves on the Board of the Health Promotion Board, a statutory board under the Ministry of Health of the Government of Singapore. It was established to act as the main driver for national health promotion and disease prevention programmes. Ayesha serves on the Audit Committee.

Ayesha serves on the board of Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore, a statutory board under the purview of the Ministry of Education in Singapore. Ngee Ann has 15,000 students and 44 full time diploma courses offered through 9 academic schools. Ayesha is Chairwoman of the Digital and AI Committee.

Ayesha served on the Board of Sport Singapore, a statutory board under the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth of the Government of Singapore. It is the lead agency tasked with developing a holistic sports culture for the nation.

Ayesha served on the Board of Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), a statutory board under the Ministry of Communications and Information of the Government of Singapore. IMDA develops and regulates its world-class technology sector to drive the country's digital economy and power its Smart Nation vision. Ayesha served on the Budget Committee.

Ayesha set up The Keys Global, an innovative education hub whose unique model of "externships" partnered students with leading companies to apply their skills in coding, robotics, 3D printing and other new technologies. Its interdisciplinary technology and holiday programs were featured in Singapore's The Straits Times, French channel FranceTV and Japan's President Family.

Ayesha led the global editorial team for Look Ahead, an award-winning multimedia series published by the Economist Group in partnership with GE on global innovation trends, focusing on new technologies, growth markets, and industrial sectors such as energy, transportation, manufacturing and healthcare. Look Ahead's industry awards include Digiday Content Marketing Awards: Best Publisher Native Advertising Program, AdAge: Best Branded Content Partnerships and AdWeek Media Plan of the Year: Best Use of Native Advertising Spending >$5M.

Ayesha served as a member of the Ministry of Education's steering committee resulting in SkillsFuture, Singapore's innovative national program that aligns education with economic demand, career guidance and lifelong learning to prepare citizens for the fourth industrial revolution.

Ayesha co-founded and directed The Hybrid Reality Institute, a research and advisory group focused on human-technology co-evolution, geotechnology and innovation. Fellows explored the social, political and economic implications of the Hybrid Age. The Institute also worked with clients to understand emerging technologies, future geopolitical and market conditions, design innovative products and services, and identify new opportunities and risks worldwide. She co-authored the book "Hybrid Reality: Thriving in the Emerging Human-Technology Civilization" published by TED.

Ayesha worked on new product development, including large scale algorithmic trading, risk management and derivatives systems, wealth management analytics and customer experience journeys. Clients included JP Morgan, Bank of America, DTCC, AIG, and UBS. She was series editor for Complete Technology Guides for Financial. Services (published by Elsevier) and author of "Straight Through Processing for Financial Services", which has been recommended reading for courses on financial technology management at Columbia University and Nanyang Technological University.

Ayesha advised clients on data analytics, master data management and information-based strategy. Clients included banks such as Toronto–Dominion Bank (TD) and large manufacturing firms such as Bridgestone.
