I am a Wayfinder and a senior consultant with over 16 years of experience in strategic project management in managerial roles (development and humanitarian sector) with mission-based organisations. I have set out to work on a broad range of human rights issues, including, child rights (protection and justice), the legislative framework for human rights, women's rights, and minority rights, which has turned out to be a meaningful career. My expertise extends to engaging with government counterparts and policymakers at the provincial and federal level, leading to successful legal reforms and systems strengthening in Child Protection. Through these experiences, I have cemented my desire to become a UN personnel. I have leveraged trust-based relationships and partnerships to deliver shared goals, particularly in managing UKAID/FCDO, CIDA, DRL, and UN bodies. In the past, I have also taken on the role of training and mentoring young professionals and the government's social service workforce.Having the expertise to improve cross-functional team productivity and coordination with multiple stakeholders in a complex bureaucratic environment, I deliver through program planning, learning, and supportive supervision by creating program synergies.
