I then progressed to the position of commercial manager, where I was responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies and managing relationships with customers.In 2016, I moved to Turkey to take on the role of Partner and Commercial Director for a textile manufacturing and exporting company. In this role, I was responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales goals.In 2020, I was appointed General Manager of the company. In this role, I am responsible for setting and achieving company goals, overseeing all operations, including production, sales, and marketing.I believe that success in the textile industry requires a combination of technical, managerial, and commercial skills.
