I have worked at Bosch first 12 years as production engineer and was responsible for heat- and surface treatment, machining like turning, drilling, milling, grinding and laser welding & laser drilling. Afterwards I took the responsibility as process development expert for machining with defined cutting edge to support the manufacturing for 6 years. And between 2016-2024 I had worked as lead expert in simultaneous engineering teams and projects for industrialisation new products and processes in plant Türkiye.And 01.07.2024 I have started in a new capter on my life in lean management at fischer Consulting GmbH as Project Manager.
