- Managing Medium Voltage Order Management Team - Reporting all Medium Voltage Orders - Coaching & Training New Employees - Managing Key Customer Project's- Revenue tracking to ensure that revunue plans are followed monthly

• Manage and run the entire project management process of MV switchgear orders • Responsible PM for DEWA MV AIS Switchgear project,• Working Contacts Internal: Entire MV organisation, Business Units External: Project management groups, sales groups, Siemens regional companies and customer • Responsibility Conduct project (order) management and manufacturing processes of MV Switchgear orders Close collaboration with engineering and proposal groups • Provide close communication with Siemens Regional companies • Establish and monitor the order (project) plan • Evaluate process risks, troubleshoot in project’s phases to mitigate risks, and initiate necessary actions with high-level risk management and multitasking.• Ensure that project processes are in line with production center processes

• Leading, medium and low voltage instrument transformers, new product development and cost reduction projects. Supervising Product Development team. • Evaluating new product requirements regarding market needs and customer requests, determining the new projects. • Approving design criterias, mechanical designs due to 3D models of new products. • Management of projects and start-up of new products. Conducting of tests for the new products and final approval for mass production. • Coordinating the procurement and preparation of prototypes and test samples. • Measuring the performance of completed projects and performing improvent activities by determining the improvement points. • Approving of new raw materials to be used in production processes and leading initial sample approval projects. • Management of Type Tests for all product family. Participating the tests if needed.

• Leading, MV Instrument Transformers production team which consists of 4 production line, 25 work station and leading over 200 blue collar employees, from first stage till final product. Achieving on time production, regarding quality. • SAP PP and PM module key user. • Lean 6 Sigma project leader. Earned 369.000 € profit from 2 projects. • Responsible for budgeting and management of production related costs and expenses for the realization, preparation, budgeting and implementation of production related headcount, • Performing and managing 5S, Kaizen, VSM, six sigma, and process improvement projects on the shop floor. • Reporting, tracking and improving production related KPIs such as efficiency, FTT, scrap rate, OEE, KE, overtime etc. • Supporting production team to define the methods and equipments to improve efficiency, productivity and quality & leading continous improvement projects. • Determination and analysis of possible problems during or before manufacturing processes. • Determination of reasons of defective products and finding solutions, in an analytical way, in order to these reasons. Reduction of number of defective products.• Provide, formulas and datas to build up product trees. • Solving and concluding of reklamations delivered from customers by taking charge in technical board.

• Management and control of transformer production and leading over 200 blue collar employees, from first stage till final product. Achieving on time production, regarding quality.• Planning and performing vocational traings of blue collars.• Determination and analysis of possible problems during or before manufacturing processes.• Determination of reasons of defective products and finding solutions, in an analytical way, in order to these reasons. Reduction of number of defective products.• Guiding production quality control process.• Performing 5S projects on the shop floor.• Inventory control on the manufacturing area.• Management of overtime rates of employees.• Solving and concluding of reklamations delivered from customers by taking charge in techniqual board.
