Controls of all shipping ,letter of bank guarantees and payment documents, coordination of the deliveries an customs clearances, any necessary governmental permission, -Performing bank transactions. -Monitoring the Supervisory services; -Coordination of all commercial matters with the technical staff, and contractual parties. -Carrying out all written and verbal communication on commercial aspects -Taking all precautions for meeting the time schedules. -Control of the Credit Agreement as per the Contract - Manage the Contractors' claims -All necessary contract implementations till the Final Acceptance of the Plants -Procurement and purchasing of material and equipment
