I work as the Project Manager for the TOGG Gemlik Campus Construction project. Since the beginning of the construction, I have been responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the project. I ensured that the construction was completed within budget, on time, and with the desired quality by working closely with the contractors, design firms, engineering teams, and suppliers involved in the project.I was involved in the planning and design phases of the TOGG Gemlik Campus Construction project, and I performed all necessary actions to ensure the smooth progress of the facility's construction. Throughout the project, I carried out tasks such as preparing the tender package, managing suppliers and contractors, ensuring construction site safety, quality control, and program management.Furthermore, I established close communication with all stakeholders during the construction process to ensure that the project progressed smoothly and met customer requirements at every stage. I played a significant role in the successful completion of the TOGG Gemlik Campus Construction project within budget, on time, and with the desired quality, contributing to the project's overall success.
