Duties include:-Overseeing Digital Signage setup & Management-To manage the whole project life cycle of the construction of advertising infrastructure compliant to the County’s, Company’s and Landlords - Construction, Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.-Scope and gather requirements for the design, construction, and installation of display area billboard structure.-Monitor & supervise project executions in all strategic business units (SBU) to ensure operational excellence & synergy of operations within all SBU.-Software Integration, API integration and CMS installations.-LED Screen & Information Display installations and integrations.-Review engineering designs, drawings, blueprints, and other related engineering documents to identify potential problems ahead of time and proactively implement solutions.-Undertake project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting and ensure projects are cost-effective.-Review, recommend and approve all construction change requests, on-site change orders and pay requests.-Ensure quality assurance on all OOH projects and sites.-Develop and formulate ICT Policies around existing digital systems.-Ensure all systems developed have justifiable business case and have return on investments.-Site inspection, site acquisition, approvals, development, stakeholder management and contract negotiations.-Analyse, evaluate, and distribute budgets to various projects/operations.-Business Development, acquiring new projects, and projection of opportunities.-Maintain & build relationships with relevant third-party vendors.-Ensure company networks (LAN, WAN, etc.) are working at all times at optimal.-Manage and develop relationships with all commercial landlord partners: public, private and corporate.

Duties included:-Facilitate IT training to relevant staff for effective management of content and utilization of Content Management Systems (CMS)-Overseeing Digital Signage setup & Management.-Monitoring of the digital assets and timely attendance to repair and/or resolution of faults.-LED Screen & Information Display installations and integrations.-Software Integration, API integration and CMS installations.-Analyse, evaluate, and distribute budgets to various projects/operations.-Ensuring that the Company’s construction, quality and health & safety standards are being implemented and complied with on all sites.-Involved in the development of all installation, re-sites and removals of the company’s digital advertising product portfolio across all trade groups.-Monitor public and private press/journals for new tender opportunities.-Ensure DATA security and backups are done on a timely basis. Such backups should be writable in the sense, loadable when the need arises, OFFSITE data security should be done as will be guided by the management.-Ensure flighting and printing contracts, in accordance with the company standards, are in date and signed by authorised signatories.

Duties included:-Overseeing Digital Signage setup & Management across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Dubai.-Manage technical aspects of key communications systems (communication automation, CMS, CRM, PPC, SEO, Meta, Display & Analytics data services, and lead management processes across those systems) across desktop, mobile & future technology-Monitoring of the digital assets and timely attendance to repair and/or resolution of faults.-Manage and develop relationships with all commercial landlord partners: public, private and corporate.-Grow engagement and revenues in digital content creation.-Manage review of artwork to ensure all advertisements are in line with contractual stipulations. -Plan and execute Website & Mobile application projects to completion.-Promote the adoption and utilization of digital technologies and tools to drive continuous customer acquisition and operational efficiency.
