Tüpraş is the largest enterprise in Turkey, operating four oil refineries, with a total of 28.1 million tons annual crude oil processing capacity. In addition, a majority stake ( 79,98 %) in shipping company DİTAŞ and 40% share ownership of petrol retailer Opet, creates synergies and adds value to its operations.Izmit Refinery has 11 Mn Ton/year processing capacity, 2,91 Mn m3 storage capacity and 1900 employees. 1600 blue collar employees are enrolled to the labor union (Petrol-İş), and others are considered as white collar.Koç Holding has the majority stake of Tüpraş and white collar employees are subject to the HR policies and common practices of Koç Group. Entire team are of 12 employees. Enhancing employee communications and engagement. Efficient steering of company’s management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025 and OHSAS 18001.

Worked as HR Manager of Akpa A.S. (former Bursa Gaz ) which is a Koç Holding’s Energy Group company with its 130 employees in 7 locations nationwide, distributing LPG, fuel oil and merchandising durable consumer products.Performed all HR processes, reported to the General Manager.
