ISTANBUL UNIVERSITY student enterprise automation (called by NOKTA) project with sub-projects of İSKOP(enterprise automation project) develop and manage through counseling. As the coordinator of a 35-person process analyst team, I managed to collect and analyze requests from internal customers and produce solutions on a component basis. Relational database modeling with MsSql, business process modeling with Visio were taught to process analysts.
