Responsible for establishing a Design Team, creating and maintaining product suite consistency, working with sales teams to enable new business with current or new product features through discovery and framing lifecycles, hiring, collaborating with Product Management and Engineering partners to establish processes and frameworks around a balanced team approach to "How-We-Work", as well as partnering with Marketing managers to re-brand our company identity, launch a new website, crate digital product content and translate that brand into a usable Design System.

Serving as a multidisciplinary designer, responsible for gathering and discovering product insights from Maven’s current and future user base to support and define our product development of our primary digital products and services. Solving complex business management problems in an agile working environment and facilitate understanding key customer’s life-cycle journey’s, framing strategies to translate those journey’s, run experiments of prototypes and test design hypotheses to iterate on interaction and visual designs. Also responsible for developing Maven’s visual product language by designing a clear and functional suite of applications for the LTL and Truckload Carrier space. Serving Mavens Truckload Workflow and Fleet Telematics Solutions through Android and web-based solutions.

Collaborating closely with product managers and software engineers and UX leadership to develop and formulate strategic design decisions during all phases of the product development life cycle. Utilizing skills in research and design, while effectively balancing and applying creative ideation to business challenges in order to build intuitive, easy-to-use products.Gathering data insights to create customer profiles, define customer journeys, and build out information architecture. Working closely with UX leadership in conducting usability testing, survey designs, user interviews, data analysis, heuristic evaluations, exploratory research methods, and other modern research practices to create user interfaces, customer interactions, and interactive prototypes. All to create human centered products to help aid the customer journey and experiences on the Dicks Sporting Goods ecomm website.

Greater Pittsburgh Area

Work with a cross-disciplinary team to design pixel perfect UI solutions for DICK’s Sporting Goods online properties including all platforms - desktop, tablet and mobile. Assisted in developing the digital art direction and execution of omni-channel initiatives that increase customer conversion rates through online and other partner channels.Responsible for the design of homepages, experiential landing pages and display advertising banners as well as other special projects. Effectively communicate user interaction through deliverables such as Hi-Fidelity comps. Help maintain brand guidelines and establish design-related brand and web usability standards to ensure consistently high results.

Responsible for creating all print, digital and social collateral within the graphic design team. UX/UI work within the team, practicing product user testing and information architecture for our e-commerce website and robotics interfaces.
