Developed and managed production budgets up to $850K for The Shakespeare Company’s theatre productions and co-productions, in venues ranging from 50 seats to 400 seats. Engaged professional artists through the Canadian Actors' Equity Association, Associated Designers Canada, and ACTRA Alberta. Started as Artistic Associate in 2010 and established a thriving Educational Outreach Program that ran from 2011 - 2017. The program toured 50 minute adaptations of Shakespeare plays to Calgary and area schools. Over 22,000 Alberta students saw Shakespeare performed in their schools.
