I provide customer-facing materials (primarily approval drawings/specification/cut sheets and CAD blocks) for the entire product line, acting as an intermediary between Sales/CAMs and the engineering/drafting team. I help ensure products meet NSF standards. I review new orders placed by CAMs in order to catch any issues & orders released from engineering to ensure the design meets customer specifications. I work with the Lab to ensure products meet DOE regulations. I took over management of the online replacement parts webstore, which I have since updated and improved, boosting replacement part sales by over 75%. I created and maintain several spreadsheets making use of VBA/macros. I review marketing materials for accuracy and support the Marketing team as needed. Small amount of NAV experience.

Pizza delivery on top of low wage jobs so I could afford groceries, you know how it is. Basic delivery job. Additionally handled basic cleaning around the store, dishes, and frequently worked the oven. Occasionally helped ring people up at the register.
