I am the owner of Gemini Studioz, which opened in January 2015. Gemini Studioz is a Fitness, Wellness, and Pole Fitness studio that focuses on encouraging women of all ages to bethe best versions of themselves: mentally, physically, and emotionally. Gemini Studioz, LLC wascreated to motivate young and old women to understand just how important health and fitnessis. Gemini Studioz offers services such as Toddler Tumbling/Kiddie Yoga, Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness sessions, and Pole Fitness classes.Gemini Studioz has expanded beyond my expectations, so much so that I founded a community-based non-profit organization, Gemini Studioz Empowerment that operates from a 3-point program; Health & Wellness, Mentorship, and Community Engagement. Gemini Studioz Empowerment began its inaugural "Dia-BEAT IT" Diabetes 5k Run/Fun Walk in November 2021 to promote the importance of diabetes in underserved communities. Gemini Studioz Empowerment takes an active interest in our community and our youth. In 2023, we launched our You G.L.O.W. Girl mentorship program for young ladies in grades 6-12th. In addition to my community involvement, I am a published author of GRRRRRRRREAT Morning Pals: An Inspirational Way to Start Your Day Vol. 1& 2 and my newest eBook "What's NEXT: 5 Ways to Prevent and Manage Diabetes".As a Certified Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach, I specialize in working with individuals to create a healthier life when battling Prediabetes and Type 2 Diabetes.
