• Determines Client Needs and Preferences –Conducts pre-planning conference with the clients on initial details necessary to set directions as to the nature, extent, and terms and conditions of the service engagement.• Conducts Site Visits and Ocular inspection –An actual visit to the site to visualize, analyzes, and determines design parameters affecting both technical and business considerations. • Coordination of the Projects –Coordinates with concerned sections of the firm, client/client’s representative/s, concerned Government’s offices, bureaus, or agencies, and other private companies and NGOs relevant to the project.• Prepares Planning Design Drawings –Preparation of technical drawings relative to the design concept and other considerations discussed and agreed with the client. • Undertakes Client Presentation –Audio-visual presentation of the Master Plan (end result of the project) to the client.• Handles After-Sales Service –Provides assistance to the client’s construction workforce, in-house or otherwise, in understanding the Master Plan for proper implementation.

- Taught History of Architecture and Architectural Design- Develop an instructional plan for the courses or subject assigned- Plan lessons, assignments and plates- Work with colleagues to develop or modify the curriculum for a degree or certificate program involving a series of courses- Assess student's progress by grading papers, tests and major plates- Advise students about which classes to take and how to achieve their goals
