• Oversight of the daily activities of our team with emphasis on conversion of live time chat to both leads and appointments.• Ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly, professionally, and personally via email.• Daily review of team members’ chat and text correspondence in order to identify opportunities for improvement.• Coordination and communication with over 90 dealerships nationwide to ensure pricing and sales incentives are updated on a monthly basis.

• Lead by example, teach and train better communication strategies, and maintain a full customer workload in order to maximize dealer traffic and sales opportunities.

• Collaborate with team on a daily basis to review and plan stretch goals for store• Maintain and execute cleaning programs, fixture/promotional marketing updates, and store inventory levels per company standards
