- Identifying sites for utility-scale solar development using QGIS and Latapult (formerly Geothinq)- Conducting landowner outreach in MISO and PJM interconnection areas- Researching local solar policy to assess the feasibility of solar development and maintaining a database of policies- Learning industry basics and details from supervisors and their experiences

Creating and implementing projects related to renewable energy, energy education, and energy efficiency on UNC's campus by identifying gaps in such endeavors. My group has successfully deployed energy-generating gym equipment at the Student Recreation Center (SRC) by communicating and negotiating with companies and the SRC contacts and presenting our findings to our member committee to vote.

- Researched city initiatives in transitioning private and city fleets (~25,000 on-road vehicles) andpersonal vehicles to alternative fuels and plug-in electric in the Vehicle Fleet Services Department which was the #1 fleet in the nation (2023)- Developed a final project addressing a critical component of the City of Raleigh’s EV implementationrollout strategy by creating an employee training video about EVs; how to operate and manage them,provide general information, and debunk misconceptions- Gained in-depth knowledge of municipal affairs and attended meetings with various stakeholders tomove forward with the electrification of the City of Raleigh’s fleet (94% fleet as EVs in the next 10 years)

- Conducted data analysis using Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and visualizations - Created visualizations, interactive dashboards, and reports using Tableau Software- Analyzed A/B test results and produced data-driven business recommendations- Aggregated unstructured data from multiple sources to streamline data analysisPortfolio Project: The Recording AcademyConducted analysis of real website data for grammy.com (owned by the Recording Academy) to meet business goals and provide growth recommendationsPortfolio Project: An Intel Data Center- Conducted analysis of energy availability and consumption to support the selection of the optimal location for a new data center. - Created interactive dashboards with bar charts, dual-axis plots, and line charts, to analyze energy production, demand, renewable energy sources, and energy breakdown by region.

- Manage waste diversion program, “Green Guides”; education outreach to correctly sort post-consumer waste; sent monthly email reminders, managed volunteer sign-up sheet- Conduct monthly audits of main undergraduate and graduate dining hall compost, recycling, and landfill bins and maintained an Excel spreadsheet summarizing data and create summary reports- Manage projects including detailed virtual disposables guide of campus dining options and creating monthly waste audit reports- Assist in planning sustainability programs educating about CDS initiatives and sustainability knowledge

- Thoroughly researched two North Carolina-based companies (one entrepreneurial venture [TS Designs] and one established company [Burt's Bees]) on their environmental, social, and economic sustainability efforts using materiality assessment such as SASB and GRI- Spoke with top officials of each company and learned about their sustainability efforts through its entire supply chain- TS Designs was a semi-finalist for the UNC Entrepreneurial Venture Sustainability Award
