I work with senior Societal Risk Governance researchers, network with civil society and expert stakeholders on the European Commission-funded project ECOSENS (www.ecosens-project.eu)My primary tasks include but are not limited to:Collaborate on the research and design of 2050 climate/energy scenarios as well as create materials and content for a face-to-face ECOSENS Scientific workshop at RICOMET 2023 (https://www.ricomet.eu/#programme).Manage participants' invitations, confirmation and follow-up process.Moderate, recording, and note take at the ECOSENS Scientific workshop and from those notes, draft and format a report for publishing.

Developing fun, educational and inspirational STEM content & features for Twin app aimed at 7-12 year olds.

Regional Coordinator for Asia and Oceania July 2017–April 2019• Managed multifaceted projects while supervising staff of 5 international researchers to produce texts on conflicts within South Asian countries such as Bangladesh, India, and Nepal for publication in the HIIK Conflict Barometer.• Coded conflict measures and edited over 30 texts for publication in the 2018 Conflict Barometer. Research published by the institute is used by international organizations such as the European Commission.• Staffed the editorial board and attended multiple workshops via Skype to collaborate with fellow regional coordinators to advance the methodological and editorial standards of the institute.Researcher March 2017–present• Research conflicts in Nepal (including right-wing Hindu groups and indigenous rights groups) and produce texts for publication in the HIIK Conflict Barometer (published in the 2017 & 2018 editions).• Utilize a number of research tools, including open source databases, NGO research articles, social media, and news outlets to self-audit work and create accurate conflict profiles for further analysis.• Consult and collaborate with South Asian experts to accurately conduct research and track changes in conflicts.

• Exceeded expectations to manage a large portfolio of projects in the Operations and Maintenance branch, resulting in being rehired for the following summer.• Led a water education program on resource scarcity to a group of 30 students and was part of a successful taskforce that introduced a recycled water distribution program for over 100 residents of the city of Sonoma during the drought, culminating in the reduction of potable water use for land irrigation.• Provided recommendations, researched upcoming bills and regulations, compiled and composed annual report data, and drafted logistical reports to develop new procedural guidelines and proposals for 12 projects.
