Managing and controlling İzmir malls in Tesco Kipa. (Çiğli, Balçova, Gaziemir, Bornova and Torbalı). Responsible of 115.000 m2 lettable area with 220 long term tenants. To ensure mall managers to control costs while giving the best services of cleaning, security and maintanence repair. To contact potential tenants for leasing and revenue generation opprtunities.
