Management of the implementation of the ITSCI programme in the Great Lakes Region (DRC, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda):- Supervise and coordinate the ITSCI reporting and data team- Support the development of M&E systems and indicators to increase assessment of the ITSCI programme’s impacts on the ground.- Design and carry out staff trainings on reporting, data management, and protocols.- Support the development of new training material for ITSCI teams, companies and state services- Liaise with the ITSCI Governance Committee and ITSCI Secretariat on ITSCI strategy, external relations/partnerships, alignment and future with particular focus on changing legal context, market requirements, and the political economy of the GLR.- Coordinate the whistle-blowing program and assist local partner organizations in the implementation of the program, including by providing guidance as appropriate.

Acting as key point of contact in the management of reporting including incidents occurring on the ITSCI supply chain. The International Tin Supply Chain Initiative (ITSCI) is a traceability and due diligence program implemented by governments of the Great Lakes Region to allow minerals to be traded internationally, in respect with the requirements of the US Dodd Franck Act, the EU Regulation on Conflict Minerals and the OECD Due Diligence guidance for responsible supply chain.- Raise incidents in case of any risk identified on the supply chain related to security, due diligence, traceability and human rights- Ensure the prompt communication of incidents with relevant stakeholders involved in the incident- Prepare reports for the donor including incident reports, baseline studies, monthly reports and stories from the field- Ensure that appropriate follow up mitigation actions are recommended and followed in accordance with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance

In the Scientific and Policy Support Division (SPS), within the Biosafety and Biosecurity Unit, I: -Supported the preparation of documentation for the 15th meeting of the Compliance Committee of the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety-Analysed national legal and administrative instruments and compared these with information provided by the Contracting Parties to the Cartagena Protocol-Supported the preparation of capacity-building materials related to the Nagoya Kuala Lumpur Supplementary Protocol on Liability and Redress to the Cartagena Protocol and integrated implementation of the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety-Helped in the organisation of the 21st meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice to the Convention on Biological Diversity and the tenth meeting of Working Group on Article 8(j) of the Convention related to indigenous peoples and local communities.

Geneva for Human Rights-Global Training (GHR) is a training organization ininternational human rights, humanitarian and criminal law. GHR conducts Coursesfor human rights defenders and for all those involved in the national processes ofhuman rights implementation.• Advocated with the UN, monitored sessions and organised seminars; subsequently promoted to SMT member, responsible for co-managing the secretariat and its interns.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:1/ Monitored sessions of UN human rights organs and mechanisms (Human Rights Council, UPR Working Group, treaty bodies, etc.)2/ Analysed trends and wrote highly valued analytical reports to be used for the NGO's advocacy and training work.3/ Participated in the weekly HPS ( Department of Human Rights PolicyStudies) meetings on emerging human rights issues, and contribution to internal deliberations.4/ Successfully organised GHR Expert Seminar "Indigenous Peoples : Implementing the UN Declaration", 14.07.2017, Palais des Nations:• Headed the organisation, coordination and logistics• 70 participants from diplomatic missions and civil society organisations5/ Successfully organised GHR Side Event in collaboration with the NGO " the Society for Threatened Peoples" on "Human Rights Situations- Seeking Solutions" The Cases of Palestine and Tibet6/ Organised brainstorming and bilateral meetings with experts, diplomats and indigenous fellows where I presented GHR's mission and activities.7/ Organized and participated in a three-week Geneva Courses on international human rights, humanitarian law, international procedures, UN human rights mechanisms and diplomacy, for human rights activists from the field• Commented and analysed Human Rights Council debates, trends and negotiations, as well as Independent Experts and OHCHR's thematic and country reports
