• Business assistant to the Deputy General Manager.• In charge of marketing activities with % 40 of the work time such as VOC (voice of customer) Surveys, MMA (Customer satisfaction survey) and CEO Survey, CRM integration, competition analyses reports, being a VOC Committee member.

• Organization and operation of congresses, meetings, seminars and exhibitions of corporate companies (mostly Sabancı Group companies and pharmacy companies).

• Controlling, coordinating and managing the sales and operations department and reservation department.• Supporting PR department.

• Coordination and control of reservation department, promotional activities for hotel outlets (room division-F&B), giving sales calls, preparation of follow-up of special offers and contracts.
