- Troubleshoots computer problems concerning virus removal, internet and emailaccess, network connection, installation and configuration of office productivitysoftware, among others; as reported by end-users.- Performs preventive maintenance, repair and periodic auditing of deployedequipment.- Conducts briefings on office productivity applications and fundamentals of propercomputer operations, usage and security.- Attended basic troubleshooting seminar for IT from SBMA.
