 Establish and maintain sound accounting and internal control system to ensure adequate, effective and efficient functioning of the Finance Function of the Company; Preparation of monthly, quarterly and half yearly Accounts as per International Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards and under the requirements of Saudi Laws; Preparation of Agenda Items/ Working Papers for BOD Meetings Taking financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Preparation of annual statutory accounts; Secures financial information by completing data base backups. Comprehend and ensure implementation of all the relevant regulations as prescribed by the external statutory bodies as well as the Company’s internal policies; Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
