Perform ISO 9001 quality management systems per below paragraph: • Once Project Awarded Prepare Quality Control Plan as Per Required Specification • Monitor Discipline QC Engineer to Ensure the Awareness about Scope of work & Related client Standard & regulation to achieve the required compliance • Report Directly to Project Manager for Non-Conformance Report Status with full authority to stop the job until make sure all deficiencies been corrected.• Conduct quality audit to obtain the approval for all Sub-contractor, Supplier & Third Party and monitor all related Activities. • Follow up Approval for Material prior Purchasing to Ensure Compliance with required Specification • Following up Red Line & As Built Drawing Frequently and closely with discipline Engineers • Review Supplier Pre-qualification & His related Quality Plan & Arrangement for Site Acceptance Test • Monitor Work Progress & Facilitate Inspection for Royal Commission Staff.• Audit Major Suppliers & Sub-contractor to ensure quality procedure are maintained • Perform internal audit and evaluation to head management • Conduct Quality Talk & Awareness to site Personnel. • Reviewing Results of internal and external Audit & lead to close the all Observation & Finding • Prepare the weekly report with evaluation form to management • Prepare monthly report to client • Co-ordinate with client and sub-contractor for smooth and on time execution of the project and assure all quality aspect taken in consideration.• Arrange and participate on the technical meeting with client and various sub-contractor
