Working directly with the Commissioner of the Aquatic Culture of Uganda Government to establish a safe and reliable cage fishing system without depleting the waters of Lake Victoria as per Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations (SDG 12 Responsible Consumption and Production, 14 Life Below Water, 17 Partnerships for the Goals)Teaching & educating the local population of the island of Bukana using only available local workers to operate the farm (SDG 8 Decent Work & Economic Growth, 11 Sustainable Cities & Communities)Goals were achieved to the extent of sales to neighboring countries Rwanda and Kenya. I enjoyed working for a cause that can enhance people’s lives.

Operated as a primary contractor with the City of Indianapolis/”Indygo”, pioneered the concept of “Flex Service Access to Job” transporting inner city residents to suburb employment opportunities.This Flex Service operated from 10:00PM – 6:00AM, seven days a week, 2000 – 2008, never missed a route! Partnered with “MV Transportation” as subcontractors for the city of Indianapolis operating a paratransit service and grew from 2 vehicles to more than 50 vehicles. As a Medicaid provider EZ Ride operated an independent service for Dialysis Centers and Little Red Door Cancer Agency and many nursing homes throughout the Indiana area.

Established Citizen Dialysis Center, oversaw the project from cost, location, licensing, staffing, and future growth for the center.Started with 2 dialysis machines and worked its way to 12 units serving 30 patients per day, 7 days a week.Due to successful growth the center was bought by the Sudanese Ministry of Health.
