• Live POS integrations for Consumer Finance
• Handle all Deployment requests for our partners and make sure that merchant had received POS on our SLA
• Engaged with Partners and other department like Enterprise, Account managers, Sales, Customer Service teams to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a high level of service
• Conducted quality assurance checks on financial transactions, minimizing errors and enhancing overall accuracy.

• Deploy and install POS devices at merchant locations.
• Conduct training sessions to educate merchants on how to use the POS devices and the fintech platform.
• Provide technical support to merchants by troubleshooting POS device issues, connectivity issues, and other technical issues that may arise.
• Deliver necessary equipment and supplies such as paper rolls, IOT, batteries, chargers, brochures, and other marketing collateral to the merchants.
• Perform regular maintenance on POS devices to ensure they are functioning optimally.
• Work closely with the commercial team to identify potential merchants and assist with onboarding them onto the fintech platform.
