* Monitoring & supporting the new company of Padel sport game and align with the entire supporting functions to serve the new Padel company.* Managing the daily service operations: 1- Receiving: we have 15 collection points (CPs) spread across the KSA and one service center. 2- Repairing & QC: we have around 20 qualified technicians. 3- The devices’ swap/replacement operations.* Monitoring the warehouse operations (3 warehouses for spare parts & devices).* Aligning with the supply chain (Planning) for the inventory level to have healthy stock.* Monitoring the logistics operations for the shipments of CPs and for the 3rd party repair cases such as (Nokia, Sony, Apple, Huawei & Lenovo).* Handling the customer care operations thru the MOCI complaints and call center complaints & inquiries.* Managing the Manufacturers’ relations & day to day operations requirements.* Handling the claiming operations with vendors* Creating & monitoring the annual budget & the financial report (AOP & ROB)

My main roles are:* Managing the entire main & sub warehouses’ operations kingdom-wise.* Controlling the periodic cycle counts for each warehouse.* Coordinating with the retail sales & service teams about the delivery schedule for the individual clients (end consumer)* Managing the delivery teams’ operations (kingdom-wise). These teams consist of technicians, labors and drivers for delivering and installing the goods at the clients’ houses.* Controlling the warehouses of defected salable products.* Monitoring the operational reports and call center complaints.

* Managing the entire main & sub warehouses’ operations (5 main warehouses & 20 sub warehouses)* Maintaining the SOPs compliance for the daily warehouse operation.* Optimizing the quality & the efficiency for the receiving & shipping processes.* Coordinate and control the operation between the warehouses for all companies within the same city.

* Plan, lead, organize and control the warehouse operations.* Monitoring the SOP compliance for the warehouse associates. * Maintain the quality & efficiency targets for all of the warehouse sections.* Daily allocate manpower for all of the warehouse sections.* Handling the wholesale customers’ complaints.
