Responsible for commercial and financial topics throughout the whole bid process and is leading the preparation and negotiation of the commercial and financial terms and conditions with the Customer, also leading the negotiation of the legal terms and conditions while being supported by the relevant departments (e.g. Legal, SFS, Insurance, Taxes.

Responsible for all financial and commercial activities of commercial sales within the scope of the applicable business processes in the acquisition phase of a project (in accordance with pre-acquisition, bidding, negotiations).

Responsible for all commercial sales and contractual issues in the sector.Responsible for the cost calculation sheet of all the offers and contracts provision of accurate product/service costing, ensuring that optimal commercial terms are included in different types of proposals.

• Knowledge owner of contracts, agreements, letters of intent, SOC, memoranda of understanding and non-disclosure agreements between NSN and the customers
• Contract and contract amendment negotiations and documentation including preparation for the negotiations with regard to planning, strategy, tactics and trading lists
• Support of subcontract negotiation, ensuring the NSN customer commitments and NSN subcontractor/supplier requirements are back-to-back.
