With over 14 years of experience in BIM technologies and standards working in many companies and projects in KSA, Kuwait, and Egypt , My mission is to deliver high-quality BIM solutions for complex and challenging projects in various sectors, such as healthcare, power, and infrastructure. I am proficient in creating and managing BIM documents, such as OIR, PIR, and EIR, in compliance with ISO 19650 standards. I am also skilled at defining and executing detailed BIM plans, from LOD 100 to LOD 500, to meet the requirements and expectations of the appointing party. Additionally, I have expertise in using various BIM software and tools, such as Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, Dynamo, and ACC, to coordinate and optimize MEP systems, design and review MEP systems, and perform clash detection and resolution. Furthermore, I have experience in integrating non-graphical information, such as COBie to enhance the BIM output and value.
