Negotiated with vendors choice of technology, Bill of Quantity, delivery schedules and technology roadmaps. Agreed and inked the contractual terms and conditions. As a first hire of WorldTel, established the company’s organization structure, deployed and managed the Greenfield build-out, set-up the network operations model. Established the Network Operations Center (NOC), including operational procedures, KPIs, and hired key personnel. Headed Roll-Out, deployment and integration of the first commercial 3G network in the Middle East. As a greenfield CSP, we succeeded in launching the entire network cell sites from license award on May 1 to commercial launch by December 15 of the same year. In-charge of all roll-out activities; initial planning & design, site build, integration and optimization and subsequently setting-up the network operation. Established network quality standards, exceeding the telecommunication regulatory authorities’ stringent network KPI’s and met internal OLA & SLAs from day-1 of launch.
