He has a proven experience in wildlife monitoring and conservation and the sustainable use of the natural resources in one of the most successful protected areas in Egypt, Saint Katherine Protectorate (SKP). The chairman of the Nature and Heritage Conservationist Association that has a peculiar contribution in supporting the biodiversity conservation efforts of SKP.Considered as one of the leading conservationists who worked on identifying appropriate systems for natural resources allocation and sustainable use. Ayman has initiated and established the first Community-Based Natural Resource Management (CBNRM) program in Egypt. The CBNRM program is aiming at activating the role of the local communities in the management, conservation and sustainable use of natural resources. Currently occupying the position of the Director-General of the Species Diversity Department in the Nature Conservation Sector of Egypt. He is responsible for preparing and supervising the implementation of the national strategies and action plans that aim at the conservation of the species diversity. able to work on his own initiative and as part of a team.
