- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department - Coordinate and complete annual audits with external auditor.- Plan, establish and review monthly closing as per reporting calendar and all reporting process in line with statutory requests and corporate financial policies and procedures.- Supervise and establish integrity checks to ensure reporting across systems is complete and accurate.- Guides other departments by interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.- Protects company’s privacy, integrity and value by keeping information confidential.- Managing for preparation of monthly cash flow statement as well as the quarterly reports like Income Statement, Balance Sheet as well as annual Finalization of Financial statement.

- Providing interpretation of financial policies, governmental legislation, accounting theory or company financial regulations.- Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance by identifying economic trends - Evaluates complex profit plans, operating records and financial statements. - Plan, control and develop the financial system & maintaining accurate financial records.- Full control and analysis of P&L and balance sheet and assess current procedures, advice and implement changes.- Managing Internal auditing and internal control.- Establish databases of pertinent information for use in analysing future and forecast.- Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies.- Complies and analyses financial information from all components of the organizational entity, projects and developing integrated revenue/expense analyses, projection, reports and presentations, provide necessary suggestion for future forecasting.- Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained

- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up- Book the invoice to the vendor account allocating cost to the proper accounts & dimensions, with clear & accurate narration. - Reconcile Vendor accounts periodically- Coordinate with Procurement & Store staff to clear (pass invoice for) the advance payments after the delivery of goods/Services.- Deal with clients and work closely with upper management- Responsible for timely monthly payments reporting for submission to HQ.- Review & approve & journal entries in AX.- Suggest and implement improvements that can enhance the company as a whole work consultatively with the AP section on cost reduction initiatives

- Verify payable invoices related sub-contractors and suppliers and account them properly as per company’s policies and procedures- Tracking of all Post Dated Cheques Issued - Groups together particular types of document according to transaction or project.- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts- Prepares petty cash summary on daily basis, checks and submits to Chief accountant for approval- Assistance in the preparation of feasibility studies- Ensure all monthly expenditure is entered in the Accounting System on priority to get the month wise accuracy of Accounts- Participate in Financial Audit programs
