Geological Operation Section Head.PETRO-ENERGY E&P CO., LTDAugust 2013 – Present (1 year 9 months) SudanManages daily field geological operation to ensure that Technical services for exploration and production are achieved. - Prepares bid document, evaluation and recommends selection of service Companies based on competitive bidding. Assesses the technical capability of the companies and evaluates their techno-commercial potentiality prior to award recommendation- Ensures that contracts are timely and efficiently evaluated for maximum benefits to Company- Optimizes the field resources to ensure maximum optimum achievement in data acquisition output. Manages and directs the supervision of the work done by the Contractors. Carries out a range of similar and related duties including the administration of contracts. reviewing and endorsing invoices and job tickets- Manages the implementation of approved geological drilling programs and directs the ontractors. Ensures that the right instructions are delivered and carried out in the field, reviews outputs and participates in the evaluation and analyzing the field Geological data- Designs and reviews daily/weekly reports, provides technical advice and recommendations for other departments on geological operational matters. Designs, recommends and implements adherence procedures and evaluation programs.

Supervises and monitors all rig sites geological operations and ensures all geological data acquisition, formation evaluation and interpretation which were carried out in accordance with internationally accepted professional practices. Evaluates, supervises and directs contractors to ensure all geological programs that has been carried out as per well program. Coordinates, supervises and quality checks the preparation of all reports which are coming from the rig site. Plans and manages all field requirements to establish effective field operations.

Carry out geological and well sites activities, monitoring drilling operations, and data gathering on the assigned well, ensuring correct and initial interpretation of data and monitoring and controlling the activities of contractors, so that they meet programmed schedules and quality requirements.
