Strategic Accomplishments: ✔ Assisted the President of Al Bawardi Enterprises in establishing the first “Merchant Banking” company in the United Arab Emirates known as The National Investor, one of the leading Investment Companies of its kind in the region.✔ Chosen to manage 50% of group companies ensuring each business grew and developed as planned in coordination with General Managers of each entity.✔ Restructured the Oil and Gas Services Company ensuring proper control and the strategy was well defined to meet growing business needs of the industry in the region.✔ Assisted International Companies in setting up their regional offices in the UAE to bid for local Power Plants and (Overhead Transmission Lines) OTL projects.✔ Revamped services of the Al Bawardi Computers Company (ITQAAN) from a distributor for Compaq to a Total Solution Provider for clients.✔ Improved the Interior Design Company to become a major player as Office System Furniture suppliers and installers through major alliances with local architects.✔ Played major role in identifying, negotiating, and acquiring a prominent IT Networking Solution Provider company called “Telematics,” as well as a newly setup IT Training Company called Compubase.
