 Orascom Construction to participate in building a new city in Al Alamein to change the area from destruction to development and construction. ECG is the project consultative and Orascom is the main contractor.Key Responsibilities: MEP systems (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing) construction work in accordance with project specific cost and schedule requirements. Implemented HVAC Chillers Plant & Cooling Towers.  Fabrication, erection of piping & supports for chillers plant and cooling towers which slashed money and time. Achieving the project requirements: quality, safety and schedule.

Egypt

 Orascom Construction Consortium with Siemens to build Burullus CCPP (4800MW), the plant is a megaproject and one of the largest gas-fired combined cycle power plants in the world. The project consists of four (4) power trains with a 2x2x1 configuration consisting of eight gas turbines (SGT5-8000H), eight HRSGs and four steam turbines (SST5-5000).Key Responsibilities: Construction of 2 Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs, NEM Energy bv.), Equipment & Piping. Working with planning and quality control teams to drive schedule development and review work specifications. Hand over to the owner and approving TOAC Certificate. Leading a team of engineers to achieve schedule targets at the most critical period of the project. Achieving the project requirements: quality, safety and schedule.

Beni Suef 4800 Mw Combined Cycle Power Plant

 Beni Suef 4800 MW CCPP is a new combined-cycle natural gas power plant being built by Siemens & El Sewedy Electric (PSP) for the Egyptian Government, as a part of Egypt Megaprojects.Key Responsibilities: Construction of Air Intake system, Enclosure & Insulation for two gas turbines. Plan workforce and equipment for increasing our productivity.  Achieving the project requirements: quality, safety and schedule.

Construction of 3 diesel power plants in East Oweinat, Egypt which generate 12MW. MAN, Diesel Engine and its necessary auxiliaries including: cooling & fuel & exhaust & firefighting systems.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and direct the Mechanical works with the contractor. Erection of MAN engines, firefighting (pump room, tanks, piping network), cooling system, exhaust system, diesel & oil tanks, water treatment system. Preview and approve the delivered materials on site. Preview of work execution on site. Meet with the project owner to oversee and discuss project progress and improving it.
