• Grant management, including donor reporting and contract compliance (40%). Review and submit donor quarterly and annually narrative reports from projects. Monitor donor relations & communications. Oversee country procurement process in ensuring adherence internal and donor processes and procedures. Provide administrative and logistical support to the Egypt Country Office staff . Support country teams with the administration of evaluations (e.g. reviewing TORs, reviewing report drafts etc.). Ensure that programme files, electronic and hard copy, are maintained within an agreed system, to allow easy access by other staff• Administration and monitoring of country and project finances (40%). Preparation and maintenance of project budgets including preparing budget variance analysis. Monitor Projects expenditure/income on allocated projects, providing feedback to staff . Prepare donor financial reports (monthly, quarterly and yearly). Forecast and monitoring cash flow to Egypt Country Office and process transfer requests. Conduct internal audits and spot reviews of programme and partner finances• Build and maintain excellent relationships and reporting with donors (5%). Help to ensure that all projects remain compliant with donor contracts. Represent Yomken.com at appropriate donor liaison meetings and attend networking or other external meetings as required. Make links and develop relationships with donors and other agencies, gather information, report back, and disseminate information on funding sources and procedures to colleagues. Identifies and establishes partnerships with key stakeholders (e.g. Universities, NGOs, CBOs, CSR opportunities, external consultants/trainers, platforms for new potential batches of trainees / learners etc.).. Co-develops Wataneya’s qualification training program for new calibers.. Brings in new ideas and initiatives in support of the continued development of Wataneya’s training strategy and methodology.. Conducts coaching and monitoring field visits to partner organizations.. Ensures the proper filing and documentation of all paper related to learners/trainees.. Assists in the monitoring and evaluation of training activities and training programs, respectively..
